Staff

ICLC employs the following staff: one full-time solicitor (35 hours); one part-time solicitor (28 hours); part-time finance officer (7 hours); part-time co-ordinator (28 hours); and an administrative assistant (3 hours).

Premises

ICLC is extremely appreciative of the support received from the Sydney City Council for its office space at 50 - 52 Darlinghurst Rd, Kings Cross. The Centre has been in receipt of 100% rental subsidy for the office since 1991. The Centre is well situated to allow maximum access for clients who rely on public transport. The Centre also has a lift for clients with mobility difficulties.

Resources

ICLC also appreciates the operational funding received from the Federal and State Government for the Centre.

For the period 2005/2006 the ICLC received approximately $245,500 from the federal and state government for the Centre's legal services. Of this:

		$140,196 is provided by the State Government under the Community Legal Services Funding Program;
		$96,324 is provided by the Commonwealth Government under the Community Legal Services Funding Program; and
		$11,600 is generated by court costs and miscellaneous income.
