General legal advice

We can provide advice on general law issues, including criminal matters, traffic matters, fines, credit and debt, wills and estates, Apprehended Violence Orders, consumer complaints, strata disputes, neighbourhood disputes, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, victims compensation, domestic violence, discrimination and more.
Please note we do not give advice on tenancy matters, immigration law, commercial/business matters and conveyancing.
Employment legal advice
By appointment on Tuesday & Wednesday nights
We can provide advice on a number of different employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, redundancies, unpaid wages, workers compensation, sexual harassment, discrimination and employment contracts.
Family law advice
By appointment on Tuesday & Wednesday nights
We can provide advice on a number of different family law issues, including divorce, separation, de facto couples, same sex couples, parenting issues, family mediation, property disputes, child support and court procedure.
LGBTIQ legal advice

ICLC provides a statewide legal advice service for the LGBTIQ community. We can provide advice on same sex parenting, surrogacy, de facto relationships, discrimination, homophobic violence and vilification, neighbourhood disputes, domestic violence and employment.
Safe Relationships Project

We provide court assistance and other support for people who are gay, lesbian or bisexual; people who are transgender; and people who are inter-sex and are experiencing or escaping an abusive relationship.
Sex worker legal service

We provide legal information, advice and representation to sex workers across NSW. You are eligible for our service if you are a sex worker or you work in reception or management in the sex industry. We do not give advice to sex industry business owners. All information you provide is treated as confidential.
Trans and Gender Diverse Legal Service

We provide legal information, advice and representation to trans and gender diverse people across NSW. You are eligible for our service if you are trans or gender diverse or if you are the parent of a trans or gender diverse young person.
Employment Rights Legal Service

Inner City Legal Centre in partnership with Kingsford Legal Centre and Redfern Legal Centre provides legal information, advice and representation to migrants and other vulnerable workers across NSW.
