Issues we can help with:

We can provide free legal advice on a number of different employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, redundancies, general protections, unpaid wages, discrimination including sexual harassment, bullying and employment contracts.

Please note we do not give advice on workers’ compensation.

Eligibility:

We provide advice to individuals residing in our catchment area, including the Sydney CBD and the Eastern Suburbs.

How to make an appointment:

To make an appointment please call ICLC on 02 9332 1966 between 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm Monday to Friday. You can also email us to request an appointment at iclc@iclc.org.au.

You will be asked to provide some in-take processes and an outline of your legal issue. If you are eligible for our services, you may then be booked in for phone appointment.  If you do not live in our catchment area, you may be eligible for free advice from the Employment Rights Legal Service.
