LGBTIQ legal advice

ICLC provides a statewide legal advice service for the LGBTIQ community. We can provide advice on same sex parenting, surrogacy, de facto relationships, discrimination, homophobic or other violence and vilification, neighbourhood disputes, domestic violence and employment.

How to make an appointment:

To make an appointment please call ICLC on 02 9332 1966 between 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm Monday to Friday. You can also email us to request an appointment at iclc@iclc.org.au.

You will be asked to provide some in-take processes and an outline of your legal issue. If you are eligible for our services, you may then be booked in for a appoiuntment.

Please note that all appointments are currently operating remotely.
